Summary:

Rivell is looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily administrative, financial, HR, and office operations. This role works directly with the Owner.
Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, reconciling bank accounts, monitoring daily cash flow, following up on receivables, resolving client billing and payment questions, maintaining organized records, supporting basic HR administration, and keeping the office running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, professional, and comfortable handling confidential financial and employee information. Experience with QuickBooks is required, and payroll experience is preferred.
This role does not include tax filing, financial strategy, legal decisions, hiring/firing, approving raises, or changing payroll without Owner approval.
